My Christmas Present from my Boys
Mihai surprised me with a GREAT present. He had professional pictures of Sebastien taken!
THank you to my friends for the part they played in this surprise. Cheryl, Ann and Faith joined me one Saturday morning at Let's Dish! in Columbia. I had mentioned this place to Ann a couple weeks before hand, and she wasn't so interested. Her sudden renewed interest did not phase me at all. Cheryl had been game all along. But suddenly one day Cheryl and Ann emailed me and called me to arrange a group session. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Faith was also willing to drive up to Columbia to make a few frozen meals. So off we went late one Saturday morning. I'm feeling bad that Mihai will have Sebastien all to himself so that I can go hang out with my friends. And I had a great time. The music was fun, I was in a good mood (I'd had a coffee), and I was out with my girl friends. Assembling dinners, that while not culinary masterpieces, would be easy meals to cook and not be a bad way of getting nutrition. (I hope the meals work out for everyone else. I do have some tasting notes on the Sassy Shrimp Curry). We had lunch afterwards and I show up at home in the early afternoon. Mihai told me today that I even was a little miffed with him that Sebastien had not napped for more than half an hour that morning.
While I was off playing, my boys drove up to our friend Kelly's house for a photo shoot! (Sebastien's nap was in the car on the way there). We were at Kelly and Alex's house a few weeks later and I had no idea that either of them had been there before or that Mihai had almost brought home some video games!
What a lovely surprise and beautiful pictures. (Follow the link to see for yourself).
Happy Christmas.
