All about me
Hi y'all,
Marina's partying at Faith's bachelorette party and Sebastien and I are sitting around the house trying to figure out ways to get in trouble. Many men would wonder what's going on at a bachelorette party but not us. We're too cool for school. Actually, school is now a big part of my life. My new job at U of Maryland (Fear the Turtle) entitles me (read: requires) to teach impressionable young'uns all the magic of bioinformatics. I'm still alive after the third lecture but check in with my disciples to find out about that "too cool" comment. I'm pretty sure that even for the types of geeks that would take a class that contains "biosequence" in its title I hardly qualify as being cool. All that matters is that we are all having fun and nobody has fallen asleep in the class for more than a couple minutes at a time.
As for Sebastien, he's already fallen asleep so he can't say much. He's still getting adjusted to some sort of schedule now that he's abandoned daily into the arms of Jenny, our Ecuadorian daycare provider. Some days are better than others as his sleep patterns follow anything but a regular schedule, but he takes it all in stride and is mostly happy and continues to have a voracious appetite. Have we mentioned that he's graduated from baby scales to adult ones? As you can see below he's quite fond of duck, his first solid food. Skipped that rice cereal bit without any remorse:

And here's the latest youtube moment: haha.avi
