Sebastien in the cute little outfit from Iriana and Andrei (Mihai's aunt and uncle who live in Paris).  The package was sent at the end of April and arrived earlier this week (mid June)!  At least it arrived and is not lost in the US postal system.  They did have the foresigtht to send us a 3-6 month outfit. Unfortunately, Sebastien will not be in that size for many more days.  I have been out shopping for 6-9 month clothing! (We have a big boy).


Father & son in matching Jammies.  Sebastien was thoughtful enough to get his Daddy long johns to match his PJ's and a mug with his picture on it for Mihai to take to work (photo courtesy of Amy Voltz).  I wasn't sure how I was going to get Sebastien into his PJ's without his father knowing.  The task was made much easier at 5 in the morning when there was an 'accident' in his other PJ's.  Whoever put his diaper on (not me) left an opening for a whole lot of mustard to run down Sebastien's leg and onto my PJs.  Problem solved.  All I had to do was put Mihai's long johns in the mug and leave them in the crib.  And then send mihai down to get his son at seven in the morning  

 

Sebastien on his play mat.  He is moving his arms a lot these days and grabbing for things.  At this point in time he has reached through one ring of the monkey and grabbed a hold of another ring of the monkey.  While he didn't like being restrained, he does not know enough to figure out he had to let go of blue ring before he could get out of the pink ring.  I had fun watching him flex his muscles and pull the whole monkey towards him. I did eventually save him from the monkey, after a few photo ops.
